CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Terms of use
For customer email support and KSoft.TECH / Amprex contact forms.
Version 2026-10-23
1. Scope and the service
These terms cover customer email support through kHelpdesk and KSoft.TECH / Amprex contact forms, including embedded forms and custom interfaces using the public submission API. The service is presented as KSoft.TECH in fizične osebe and is intended for people and organisations in the European Union. There are no customer accounts in the helpdesk.
Sending an enquiry opens or updates correspondence; it does not itself place an order, create a paid contract or guarantee that a requested service will be provided. Any separate agreed service contract and mandatory rights continue to apply.
2. Submitting a message
Before submitting a contact form, you can open these terms and the privacy policy linked beside the send button. By submitting, you accept these terms and acknowledge that privacy notice. This is not consent to unrelated processing or marketing. For email correspondence, these terms apply only where they have been brought to your attention and validly incorporated under applicable law; receipt of an unsolicited email is not automatic acceptance.
Provide a reply address you can use and sufficient, accurate information to handle the enquiry. You may write on behalf of another person only with appropriate authority or another lawful justification. Contact forms accept text only and do not accept attachments; email attachment acceptance remains subject to security and size checks.
3. Responsible use
Do not send spam, malicious files, unlawful threats or content, credentials, or material you have no lawful basis to disclose. Do not impersonate another person, submit automated abuse, attempt unauthorised access or defeat security controls. Provide only the personal and confidential information needed for the matter.
Good-faith security reports, complaints, privacy requests and lawful disclosures to competent authorities are permitted. These terms do not restrict mandatory reporting rights or require unnecessary personal data.
4. Handling and availability
We may use automated security checks, rate limits and human triage. We can reject or restrict abusive or unsafe submissions and block harmful attachments, while preserving applicable legal duties and alternative ways to exercise statutory rights.
An acknowledgement means the enquiry has been recorded, not that it has been investigated or accepted. Unless separately agreed or required by law, no particular response or resolution time is promised. Email submission or SMTP acceptance is not proof of final delivery. The service is not an emergency channel.
We may mark a ticket resolved or closed and may close a resolved ticket after the inbox’s configured period without a customer reply. Administrative closure does not decide the legal merits of a complaint, extinguish rights or delete the record. You can contact us again.
5. Your content and confidentiality
You retain your rights in the information you send. You permit its use only as necessary to handle the enquiry, communicate, protect the service and fulfil applicable duties, as described in the privacy notice. These terms do not grant a general licence to publish your messages or use them for marketing.
We limit access according to operational needs and applicable law. Sending a message does not by itself establish professional privilege or guarantee that ordinary email is suitable for highly sensitive secrets. If secure handling is needed, ask us to arrange an appropriate channel.
6. Privacy and retention
The linked privacy policy explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, security, rights and retention. Helpdesk records have no fixed automatic deletion period, subject to continued necessity and review; Postal’s separate raw-email and metadata deletion periods do not delete helpdesk copies.
Accepting these terms does not waive data-protection rights, authorise indefinite unnecessary retention or substitute for a legal basis. Privacy-rights requests can be made through the contact options below, independently of accepting these terms or passing CAPTCHA.
7. Responsibility, law and disputes
Each party remains responsible under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limit mandatory consumer remedies, impose an indemnity on consumers or require arbitration.
The applicable EU legal framework and mandatory law of the relevant EU Member State apply. No choice in these terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protection or access to a competent court.
8. Changes and contact
The displayed version applies to use for which it was validly accepted. Later changes do not retrospectively alter an existing claim or obligation; material contractual changes require notice and, where applicable, agreement. English and Slovenian versions are intended to have the same meaning; mandatory consumer interpretation rules prevail over any inconsistency.
Use the privacy contact options below for privacy matters or questions about these terms. For an existing support matter, reply in its email thread.
